New Post.....EEK such a long time since my last one!!

IM BACK!!!

Hi Everyone!!

Sooooo its been such a long time since i last did a blog! I have moved house and just been really busy! I went through a stage of having no internet...again!! Yawn!! haha! Really settled now so thats a good thing, i can get back into blogging!! I have had some really nice emails saying people have missed reading my posts and when is my next one going to be etc so thankyoub and im sorry it has taken me so long!!

I basically am putting these pics up as i have worked hard to shift a few pounds!! In fact i have lost over a stone....so im dead pleased and proud of myself and wanted to share with you! The only problem will be keeping it off!! hmmmmmm!!! We shall see!! The below pic was taken last summer! I think i had a few too many trips to the beer gardens, frappes and ice creams hahaha! Im not moaning at all as i do like this picture but i feel better now having lost a bit!!! Its all about feeling comfortable in your own skin. Thats the real key to being beautifuland feeling it! ! All a woman has to do is wear a smile and that is her best accessory!!..CHEESY but TRUE!!!

You may all be thinking pffft whats she on about lol! I have always been a bubbly confident person and not really cared too much if i put on a bit of weight or whatever but believe it or not i have even more of energy and confidence now!  i used to feel really tired and not want to do much but i feel great now!!If i want a cake though trust me i will have a cake!!!haha!!! I think for me it has been about portion size! I have just halved my portions. Plus i have tried to limit myself to 800- 1000 kcals a day, but only to start with until i saw the results i wanted!! I also took golden Linseeds, which you soak a couple of teaspoons worth in water day and night and then drink. Its not nice at first but you get used to it! Plus the usual things, drinking lots of water and eating fruit and veg!! I would say i have been excercising loads but i havent apart fom the odd phases i go through where i do a few squats,lunges and situps for about 3/4 days but thats about it! hahaa! So if anyone wants to email me any tips or things that have worked for them then that would be awesome!!

I am going to do some make up blogs on new favourite things of mine and how to acheive different looks etc!! This was just a little non make-up related post to just say what iv been doing so sorry if it bored the pants off you!!!

Its getting late and but i thought i would just type a mini blog out!! Ease myself back in gently!!lol!!
